Préparation Grand Oral du bac
À la fin de votre année de terminale, que vous soyez en voie générale ou technologique, vous passerez un Grand Oral sur vos enseignements de spécialité. Il sera évalué au cours de cette épreuve, vos connaissances sur le sujet, votre capacité à échanger, votre élocution ainsi que votre capacité à argumenter.
Il faudra remettre au jury, le jour de l’épreuve, l’énoncé des deux questions sur un document signé par vos professeurs de spécialité.
L’objectif du Grand Oral est de vous former à la prise de parole en public, savoir utiliser vos connaissances liées aux spécialités ainsi que de créer une argumentation.
Comment vous préparer au Grand Oral
Les attentes du jury sont précises et vous devrez vous entraîner en vous concentrant sur les attendus qui sont les suivants :
- La qualité de votre prise de parole
- La gestion de votre temps
- La qualité de votre prestation orale : savoir soutenir son discours et savoir capter l’attention
- Votre capacité à savoir interagir avec le jury, savoir prendre des initiatives dans l’échange, savoir reformuler
- Votre capacité d’écoute
- Votre capacité à savoir prendre du recul par rapport au sujet traité
- La qualité de vos connaissances
Comment se déroule l’épreuve du Grand Oral
L’épreuve du Grand oral sera constituée de trois parties :
1er temps : vous vous exprimerez sur le sujet choisi par les membres du jury. Vous devrez alors présenter les raisons qui vous ont amené au choix de la question, présenter la question puis y répondre.
2ème temps : lors de ce temps d’échange, le jury vous posera des questions pour approfondir certains points en lien avec votre sujet et vos enseignements de spécialité.
3ème temps : vous parlerez de votre projet et vous expliquerez le lien entre la question traitée et votre projet d’orientation.

Vous devez vous présenter à l’oral pour un concours d’entrée dans l’enseignement supérieur, vous avez un entretien pour un job, un stage ou une alternance. L’oral est une épreuve qui se prépare si vous souhaitez mettre toutes les chances de votre côté et garantir votre réussite.

Apprendre à gérer son stress, à parler de soi, de ses projets, savoir se démarquer et valoriser son parcours sont des choses que vous devrez maîtriser.
